Exchange Policy (RMA)
- All return of faulty items are to be done at our warehouse.
- Faulty items are eligible for a one-time one-to-one exchange.

- Item will be inspected by our staff before the exchange to determine if it is eligible for the exchange.

Exchange must be done within 7 days from the date you receive the item.
- In case of faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Original purchase invoice/receipt must be provided.

-To be eligible for an exchange, item must be returned in the original packaging along with all the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.

Warranty 
- For all product warranty after 7 days of purchase, kindly refer back to respective brand Service Centre.
- For others, please return back to SmartMall Warehouse location.
- Please present the original purchase invoice/receipt for warranty purposes.
- Individual product warranty period will be stated inside the product details.
